Blizzard Swirl

Blizzard Swirl is a pegasus pony who works at the Cloudsdale Weather Factory. Her specialty is creating blizzards and snowstorms during the winter. She isn't the biggest fan of Winter Wrap Up and the weather getting warmer, so on some occasions she has made attempts to produce blizzards in order to make winter last a little longer. Of course, the rest of the ponies at the weather factory aren't happy with this, and have made attempts to report her to the manager multiple times in order to get her fired. Despite this, she has never been fired! She has seasonal affective disorder, which explains her desire for wanting winter to last longer. She doesn't have the brightest mood when the days are warmer and longer. Regardless of her cons, she is still an important member of the weather team. She has made many friends and been given many awards for her contributions to the team and weather of Equestria.
